Refund policy

Parente Illustration will cancel an order before it ships. Items are refundable up to 1 week after receiving your order. In order to qualify for a refund the product must be in the same condition it was sent in and returned back to the studio. Custom artwork and Clothing is non-refundable. Print on Demand items such as blankets, canvas prints, clothing and puzzles are all made to order and are non-refundable or exchangeable. Parente Illustration is not responsible for any packages misplaced or stolen.
