Shipping policy

Parente Illustration is based out of the United States and offers domestic and international shipping! 

Processing times vary on product. Items such as stickers, keychains and prints will be processed in 2-5 days. Custom artwork or "made to order" products may take longer. 

*PLEASE NOTE* If address on order is incorrect and item gets sent back or delivered incorrectly it is the buyers responsibility to reorder. If the order gets sent back I'd be happy to ship back out, but there will be a reshipping fee (priced based on items being shipped). 

Furthermore, if you selected First Class tracking for your order Parente Illustration is not responsible for any undelivered items. This is a no tracking number option! 

For Domestic, once your order is shipped you should typically receive it in 3-5 days. 

International orders should arrive in 1-2 weeks. On occasion orders have showed up in 3-4 weeks. Please allow for extra time before placing your order! Extra fees and taxes may apply before delivery of your item depending on your region. If a package is refused by the customer and returned, then the customer will receive a refund for the items ONLY. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
